Private Pay & Out of Network Coverage

I accept private pay for therapy sessions and neuropsychological evaluations, which means clients cover the cost independently. 

If you have a PPO or EPO health insurance plan, you may have out-of-network (OON) benefits. This means your insurance company will reimburse you for an identified percentage of each therapy session or a percentage of the neuropsychological evaluation.  It is important to call your insurance company to obtain the necessary details relevant to your policy. If you do have OON benefits, I will provide you with the required documentation to submit directly for insurance reimbursement. I do not submit documentation directly to insurance companies. 

I will provide a detailed estimate of services along with a contract that outlines my practice policies.
