Insurance & Payment

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. Services may also be paid for privately. 

If clients have out of network (OON) benefits through other insurance plans, they may be eligible for reimbursement for an identified percentage of each therapy session or a portion of the neuropsychological evaluation. It is important to call your insurance company to learn what your policy will cover. I do not submit OON documentation directly to insurance companies. 

I will provide a detailed estimate of services along with a contract that outlines my practice policies.
